Terms of use and sale
1. Publisher
The Stidy app (the "App") is published by Ophelie Baribaud, 24 passage des Roses, Aubervilliers. Contact: ophelie@stidy.app.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the App, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
3. The service
Stidy is a habit and task tracking app with streaks, mood tracking, a private journal and social features (friends, groups). A free version is offered; some features may be reserved for an optional "Plus" subscription.
4. Account and minimum age
- The App is intended for people aged 15 and over, or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You can use the App with an anonymous account, then link it to Apple, Google or an email address. Keep your credentials confidential: you are responsible for activity on your account.
- The information you provide must be accurate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass or threaten other users; post unlawful or hateful content or content that infringes others' rights; attempt to access our systems or other people's accounts without authorization; disrupt the App; or use the App commercially without our agreement. Content can be reported; we may suspend or delete an account in case of breach.
6. Your content
You remain the owner of the content you enter (habits, notes, photos). You grant us only the right to host and process it to provide the App. Your journal remains private.
7. Plus subscription: price, payment, renewal
- The Plus subscription, when offered, is purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The price, duration and included features are shown in the App before purchase, taxes included.
- Payment is charged by Apple or Google upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at each period end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (Subscriptions) or in Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; the current period is not refunded pro rata, except where required by law.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. If you ask for the service to start immediately before this period ends, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, or must pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided. Since purchases are handled by Apple and Google, refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play, which apply their own rules.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. The App is a personal motivation tool and provides no medical, psychological or therapeutic advice; it is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages; this limit does not apply to anything the law does not allow us to exclude, including gross negligence or willful misconduct, nor to your rights as a consumer.
10. Intellectual property
The App, its design, brand and content are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App normally.
11. Termination and account deletion
You can stop using the App and ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time at ophelie@stidy.app. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription: remember to cancel it with Apple or Google.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example as the App evolves. For significant changes you will be notified in the App; continuing to use it means you accept the new terms.
13. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, please contact us first to find an amicable solution. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
